We have beenīegging for a solution for 3 years and as far as I can see on your forums, the only response has been to fix the Bing Toolbar (which few, if any, serious Excel users would install to begin with). We (your paying customers) didn't bargain for a spreadsheet program that only works if you shut down all of your other applications, including MS Outlook. With this error costs me about $9 in lost revenue. Every minute one of my guys spend fighting Try billing your customers $550/hour for a senior analyst to deal with MS Excel errors while working on their project. For those of us who depend on Excel dailyįor their businesses, we have suffered a huge monetary cost in lost productivity. If you guys at MS would take the time to read your own forums, you would see that many, many of your customers are at their wit's end trying to deal with this error, and have been for about 3 years.
